I had this man fill in for a lawyer I hired. Had no idea this man was even showing up, didn’t even know this man’s name, nor did it seem that this man even knew if he was representing a male or female when he walked in. This man shows up in a camouflage suit, matching shoes and just looked completel...y unprofessional. I was embarrassed just on first impression alone but I figured, hey, the guy I originally hired knows what he’s doing so who am I to say this guy MY lawyer hired doesn’t. Not only was this man argumentative, very rude, uncouth and talking a mile a minute, to the point I could not understand anything he was trying to convey. Very confusing. Aside from that, I’ve never been treated so poorly by an attorney before. Along with the outfit mishap, he came in completely unprepared and told me the evidence I had towards my case didn’t matter and it wouldn’t have helped me any. We’ll hear to find out, the evidence I had would’ve helped my case and now I’m having to go back and appeal the ruling due to this man’s incompetence. I’ve never in my life felt more embarrassed in front of a judge. I actually thought this guy was intoxicated because of how fast he was talking. Was very repetitive, and just overall a disorganized person with an attitude problem to match. My original attorney proceeded to apologize promptly and profusely for this man’s behavior and how he presented himself in court and how wrong he was in general. If you ever see this man come in to represent you, run for the hills because if it’s anything more than a speeding ticket, you’re probably going to get screwed.
