Attorney Ursiak was recommended to my son and I through a mutual acquaintance. Attorney Ursiak demonstrated professionalism and care from the very first time we met. He was very careful to ensure he had all the clear and correct information. There was one area of law within of our situation in which ...Attorney Ursiak was unfamiliar with- due to the nature of his practice and our case. He was honest and upfront stating that he would find out about that particular area of law (school law - which is a separate entity within itself). Attorney Ursiak followed through with anything he stated, returned phone calls, and did right by my son. He didn't prolong our case just to keep an income/ money flow. He guided us, informed us of rights, and demonstrated good practicce procedures. There was a quick end to the situation that was favorable to my son with no further repercussions at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Attorney Ursiak.
