Client was charged with felony theft-related offenses. Client was interrogated without proper Miranda warning. I won a motion to suppress statements and evidence, and the state appealed the judge's r ... uling. I argued the case on appeal and successfully defended the judge's suppression order. The criminal charges were eventually dismissed.
