I represented a young woman who got pregnant with a man she barely knew. She had a history of health problems and did not believe that it would be best for her daughter if she passed away for the chil ... d to go with a father she didn't know and didn't want anyone in her family to adopt the child. Over the objection of the Deputy Juvenile Officer, I convinced the Judge to terminate the rights of the "sperm donor Dad" without an adoption.
