OUTCOME: Judgment in favor of Plaintiff for what my client agreed it owed

Plaintiff claimed my client improperly withheld payment in a commercial contract. My client offered to pay the amount due if Plaintiff signed a lien waiver. Plaintiff refused to sign, so my client refu ... sed payment. We tried the case and the judgment was entered only for the principal, not the additional $10,000 in interest and attorney's fees plaintiff was seeking.
