We represented the respondent in a No Stalking Order, and the petitioner sought an extension of it. However, they did not do so in a timely manner. A judge denied our motion to strike their extension f ... or want of jurisdiction. No case law existed on the issue. We took an interlocutory appeal of certified questions, which is an appeal few have had the opportunity to file and one that takes place while the case is technically pending, and won.
