May 28, 2021OUTCOME: My client was able to continue with the status quo of being the primary custodial parent.
I have prevailed on a recent motion to modify custody where the odds were stacked against my client. Luckily, the judge listened to my client and rendered an order denying the husband's modification o ... n a temporary order. I doubt the party modifying will continue with the case after the ruling was made. I have not had any activity on this case post the temporary orders ruling.
