Two brilliant physicians appeal a ruling of a week long trial by the Honorable Judge Kelly Morehouse. After spending many tens of thousands of dollars fighting in litigation, including depositions, ... pretrial, long trial and appeal, I was able to enter the case and help fashion an amicable peaceful detente between the couple. These physicians have never returned to the courthouse to argue again and their beautiful successful daughters are a testament to their decision to find divorce without war, even after a bitter trial.
