Marianne handled the closing for my home following my divorce. The situation was complicated. Marianne was fantastic. Professionally, she returned my phone calls and emails in the same day, which is more than in a timely fashion and was extremely thorough in answering my questions and concerns. ... Personally, she was reassuring and genuine when I reached out to her regarding various items and at no point ever made me feel like I was being impatient or difficult.
