Attorney Barbara O’Hara is a truly an amazing, dedicated, and compassionate attorney! Over the past five years I have tried time after time to resolve custody issues for my two children with a previous attorney. I heard that Attorney O’Hara was among the best with family law and after our initial con...sultation immediately knew she was the attorney for me! After four short months Barbara had my custody issues resolved and proved to me what an outstanding attorney/person she is. Mrs. O’Hara put an enormous amount of effort and time into my case. On a Friday evening at 10:00pm attorney O’Hara contacted me to ease my mind on a particular topic, that is very hard to come by, and Mrs. O’Hara did it without hesitation! She went above and beyond my expectations and there is no doubt in my mind I would not have received the outcome I did without her tireless work on my case. Thank you so very much Attorney O’Hara!

Fantastic Attorney

Barb was my divorce attorney. It has taken me a bit to write my review but let me say, Barb met me at my lowest point. I was scared of the unknown, afraid to take the step I was taking, afraid of the ripple effect I knew this was going to cause in not only my life but in the lives of our children, ...afraid of how I was going to make it on my own since we were together for 18 years, afraid of letting people down, etc. Barb was WONDERFUL. She not only calmed my fears but also gave me strength I didn’t know I had. She is a great attorney. She responded quickly and told me have a list of questions ready for her when I call so we can go over them. She is thorough and tough. The opposing counsel tried to strong arm me at one point and she was NOT having it. I very much appreciated her defending me and putting him in his place. I have recommended Barb to many people and will continue to do so. She’s the best!

Outstanding Attorney!

I am so completely satisfied with hiring Barbara O’Hara as my attorney. Right from the start she exhibited such grace, brilliance, passion, dedication, and professionalism. She worked very hard and quickly on my child custody case. She has excellent communication skills, as she was always so quick... with returning my phone calls and emails – and very quick with sending me any needed documents via email or regular mail. Her performance in the court room was outstanding. It is apparent that she is experienced in her field and extremely knowledgeable on all sorts of topics. She is articulate, diligent, trustworthy, reassuring and her opinions and advice have always helped my case. I always felt as if she could read my mind and fully understand me as a person, which helped tremendously. I was so desperate for the court to see the truth and because of Barbara O’Hara, the truth had certainly prevailed, and then some. My family members who have also helped me to find Barbara O’Hara are extremely impressed with Barbara O’Hara’s performance and very happy with the outcome of my case. Superb Hard-working Attorney

Attorney O'Hara was absolutely terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, and effective. She clearly outworked the opposing attorney which resulted in a very favorable and rapid settlement. I know of many other clients who share my extremely favorable opinion of her work ethic and strategic ...savvy, and who have experienced similarly positive outcomes. This is why she has such a strong reputation. In my opinion she is THE go-to divorce attorney in Lackawanna County. I was extremely pleased with my experience and have strongly recommended her to friends and colleagues.
