Mike Brier has extensive experience serving clients in family law (divorce and child custody) and in criminal law as an Assistant District Attorney in Lackawanna County for four years and as a defense attorney thereafter. He has assisted clients through the most intricate and emotional family law cases. He practiced in a general practice of law in the Washington DC area in Virginia, Maryland and Wachington DC after being admitted to the Virginia bar in 1980. He returned to his roots in Lackawann County, PA in 1994 and worked as an assistant district attorney for Lackawanna County for four years prosecuting numberous criminal cases including murder cases and managed the trial list. Thereafter practicing in the general practice of law.
