Med Legal Pro is an attorney and physician assistant founded by a premiere medical legal consulting
firm who specializes in nursing home litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
Initially focusing on the nursing home setting, over the last several years we have expanded into
many other specialties. Regardless of their area of expertise, all of our experts are well vetted to
ensure that they are of the utmost professional integrity.
From neurosurgery to outpatient procedures we have doctors and nurses ready to help you win
your case. Our nurses go through a rigorous screening and training process which is managed
by a department of health nurse we have on staff who oversees the entire process in the
background until the nurse expert is felt to be able to spot all the issues in the case.
Furthermore, our experts are all provided and required to complete extensive training in report
writing which is conducted by an attorney with an eye to writing reports that is easy for the
attorney to digest and read, succinct and to the point and with all arguments to applicable rules
identified. Our goal is to provide you with a rock solid report that is impenetrable from the
