Laura M. Turlip serves as special counsel in Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Scranton office. Laura maintains a general practice with a focus on litigation, as well as wills, trusts and estates. Laura also serves as a Magisterial District Judge in Lackawanna County since 2006 and has been an active member in the Special Court Judges’ Association of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the firm, Laura also practiced criminal defense and elder law.
