Kevin is a superlative litigator.
Kevin Foley obtained a $14.5 million dollar settlement as lead counsel and a $3.5 million as a coplaintiff arising out of the same trucking crash in 2008 in northeast Pa. At the time, that was the highest settlement in northeast Pa involving a single plaintiff in a trucking case.
