Mr. Clark has initially hired to negotiate and develop a gas lease for property owned in Pennsylvania. As time progresses all contact was at my initiation. He failed to ask what we were concerned about on the property, what long term goals we had nor did he offer suggestions as to what we should be... concerned about. He did offer a legal document which was a page taken directly from a natural gas company document list.

We had the rare opportunity to renegotiate our acreage for lease after our original lease expired. Having had an informational consultation several months earlier gave us a heads up as to what might transpire. Doug and his staff kept us informed all along the way. He was on top of our situation an...d handled all correspondence in a timely manner. The end result was very profitable for us. We highly recommend his services.

My father and I met Doug at a local presentation where he was discussing oil and gas leasing and Right of Ways and were immediately impressed. Once the $/ft and location were agreed upon, we contacted him for assistance with the rest. Doug and associates hit the ground running with our Natural gas... pipeline Right of Way agreement. The pipeline company was close to going in a different direction due to time constraints and us having dragged our feet up to that point. We have experience reading legalese and knew the one-sided areas of the agreement that needed work, but Doug addressed all of them (and more!) before we even gave him our list or concerns. He obviously has much experience with oil/gas leases, RoWs and the like. We got almost everything we asked for and signed an excellent agreement. We retained him right before Christmas and signed the agreement on 1/13! Do other lawyers even work through the holidays? Thanks Doug.

We wanted to sign a lease for a pipeline but didn't know much about the downside of such a transaction. Doug Clark was very knowledgeable and has a good working relationship with the gas companies. He helped us make decisions about a lot of things and ended up getting us the best price in the area ...for our lease, in addition to making sure our land would not suffer because of it.

Mr. Clark negotiated a very satisfactory Right of Way agreement and is now negotiating other agreements for me with the gas company. I am so glad I found his law firm and have told others about the firm and him because landowners need the kind of help he can give. Not every lawyer knows the laws governing gas and oil and will negotiate for landowners. I had a lawyer who knows law but did not negotiate for me and that led to trouble that Mr. Clark took care of .
