OUTCOME: Won at trial

I represented a woman who learned that her ex-husband had received nearly $200,000 in stock options during their marriage, which he failed to disclose to her, and to the court, during their earlier div ... orce. I filed a motion to vacate the divorce decree, so that the issue of the undisclosed stock options could be addressed at trial. I tried the case before Judge Jack Nevin, and won at trial. The court awarded my client attorney fees, and entered a judgment against my client's ex-husband for approximately $100,000.

OUTCOME: Obtained parenting plan granting custody to our client, and providing Father with supervised visitation

Represented the mother in a divorce action where my client was the victim of domestic violence, which was witnessed by the parties' young daughter. The husband and wife also jointly owned a popular Se ... attle restaurant. I obtained a parenting plan which limited the Father to supervised visitation, and which required the Father to complete domestic violence treatment and counseling. We also resolved the parties' business interests, and obtained a favorable division of property for our client.

I took this case to trial and won, with the trial judge allowing our client to relocate to Germany with the children.
