Attorney Tammy Lee Clause’s practice is a general practice of Law.  She has handled numerous cases of all types and varieties.  In particular, she has handled Divorces, Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support, Pre-nuptial and Post-nuptial Agreements, Name Change, preparation of Wills, probating of Wills, Estate planning, Irrevocable Trust, Revocable Trusts, Elderly Law, Community Association matters, including representing Community Associations as well as litigation against Community Associations, Breach of Contract issues, Civil Litigation issues, and Real Estate.  Attorney Clause has represented Buyers, Sellers, handled Agreement of Sale, Right of Way Agreement, Leases, and Mechanic’s Liens.  She has represented contractors and had litigation against contractors. 

In addition, Attorney Clause has handled numerous corporate issues including filing for a corporation, fictitious names, preparation of By-Laws, preparation and mailing of the corporate book, UCC filing, and review of Corporate Contracts.  Attorney Clause has handled many personal injury cases, and slip and fall cases.
