OUTCOME: Client received Naturalization Certificate

My client came to me to get help with filing a citizenship application with USCIS. He had an Assault conviction several years prior. I filed the applications along with certified copies of the court ... records. Wrote a cover letter explaining the law and the facts of the case. He was called in for fingerprints and then we received an interview notice. The interview went very well. The USCIS officer gave him an option to naturalize on the same day. My client spent a few more hours at USCIS but he naturalized the same day! It was incredible! Client was very happy and so was I.
