Most recently we had a client who was detained, and was ready to deported due to prior order of absentia. The client was sent to New Mexico ready to be deported to Mexico the following day. We were a ... ble to get an Emergency Stay of Removal, and reopened his case. The client is currently out on bond, enjoying time with his family.
