Judge found my client guilty at bench trial. At sentencing, I argued that not only should my client not receive any real punishment, but that the charges should be dismissed. The Judge, being the sam ... e Judge that just a few weeks earlier found my client guilty, agreed with my argument and dismissed his own finding of guilt. Case was dismissed against my client.
