OUTCOME: Allowed Chelsea's to continue operation.

The Louisiana ATC had proposed to revoke the license of Chelsea's, a popular Baton Rouge restaurant, for one year. On behalf of the parent company we appealed the ruling and sought to enjoin the State ... from taking the license. The Court ruled in our favor and found that the State, through the ATC had employed unconstitutional and unlawful procedures in ordering the original license suspension.
