Partnership dissolution

OUTCOME: I was able to force opposing party to honor the dissolution provisions of the partnership agreement, and my client was able to settle the matter for less than a third of the claim.

Parties entered into a partnership for a piece of property. When relations broke down, opposing party sued client in excess of $25,000 for a share of the property.
