About Vincent

Biography

Having assisted over 7,000 clients overcome their financial problems, I am confident I can help you as well. I will take the time to listen to your particular, unique situation, answer your questions, and explain all available options. My clients arrive with problems, but they leave with solutions.

Bankruptcy helps Americans eliminate debts we cannot afford to pay. Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 are the most common forms of bankruptcy. An experienced attorney can explain if either is appropriate for your particular financial situation, or if a non-bankruptcy alternative would be preferable.

Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases are usually filed to save a home from foreclosure, for outstanding taxes, or when income is too high to qualify for Chapter 7. There are many other reasons to consider a Chapter 13 filing, and my job is to determine what is appropriate in your unique circumstances.

Chapter 7 is the simplest, least expensive way to eliminate outstanding debts. There are limits to the amount of income and assets a Chapter 7 debtor may have, but it is nonetheless the most common bankruptcy filed by individuals and married couples having difficulty making ends meet.

The solution to every financial problem is not a bankruptcy filing. Often there is a more appropriate option, such as debt settlement, credit counseling, or the defense of a collection lawsuit. I can help you determine your best course of action.

Chapter 13 is a personal bankruptcy where a payment plan is established with the help of a court-appointed trustee. It is commonly used to save a home from foreclosure, but Chapter 13 can be helpful in many other financial situations.

Professional, Caring, Excellent

If you looking for a fantastic lawyer and law firm look no further. I hired Vincent Rubino for a bankruptcy issue and was immediately put at ease. Needless to say, I was nervous and worried about my finances and future. Bankruptcy is a stressful and complicated matter, but Vincent and his very compet...ent assistant Maggie guided me through the process with ease and efficiency. They were very accommodating and answered each of my phone calls and emails quickly sometimes within minutes (who does that?) Vincent not only knows his stuff, he is a friendly and calming force. He does not rush your visits and answers every question and explains the process patiently, politely and in lay terms. He is a family man who even appreciates conversations about your own family and spends time listening as well as talking. Conversations are engaging. Going to court with such an experienced, honest and knowledgeable attorney put all my fears at ease. I felt as if I was with family. Even after two years since my bankruptcy; I sometimes reach out with random questions and I still get the same outstanding service and attention as I did on day one. I highly recommend Vincent Rubio and his staff for your legal issues. 5 stars is too low of a rating they need 10!

Great service

I called this office inquiring about a financial problem I was having. I received a call back almost immediately and was able to speak with Mr. Rubino that same day. I was impressed by the dedication shown to helping me resolve my problem and felt that their interest in helping me was sincere and the...y did not take advantage of the situation for the sake of business or to gain a new client. If I need to seek financial counsel in the future, I will definitely be calling call Mr. Rubino.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

I have to say that Mr. Rubino and staff are all very professional and reliable and the bankruptcy process was smooth. They explained everything to me that was to be expected including how to improve my credit afterwards. I would highly recommend them for any bankruptcy needs.

Knowledgable and caring

After some extenuating circumstances we reluctantly decided to file bankruptcy. During an extremely difficult time in our lives, Vince and his staff were not only very knowledgable but extremely caring. Maggie who is Vince's assistant is fantastic. They explained the process to us thoroughly and were... there for us every step of the way. They have continued to answer any questions we've had since we filed when things have come up regarding the bankruptcy. I would recommend Vince and his team to anybody. They are the best!

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

Foreclosure was pending and I didn't know what to do or where to go. Mr. Rubino's name was given to me by my neice so I called him. He worked very quickly as there was a time factor. He was efficient and very helpful. Calling him was the best thing that I could have done. He told me exactly what was ...going to happen. He was understanding and didn't judge me. I have always been able to get in touch with him and he has explained the process each time I have a question. He answers emails very quickly; even when he is not in the office. The process is not over yet but I don't expect to run into any problems that he can't explain to me. For such an unpleasant and upsetting situation, I couldn't have found a better man to help me through it.
