About Jeffrey
Biography
My practice is devoted almost exclusively to family law. I have represented clients in hundreds of custody conciliation conferences and support conferences as well as dozens of custody trials, support hearings and divorce master hearings.
I have achieved an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale Hubbell. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings are an objective indicator of a lawyer's high ethical standards and professional ability, generated from evaluations of lawyers by other members of the bar and the judiciary and the AV rating demonstrates that my peers rank me at the highest level of professional excellence.
Most recently, I completed my training in collaborative law and last year I completed family law mediation training, allowing me to offer a variety of options to my clients.
In addition, I regularly present and author materials for continuing legal education seminars for other lawyers including recent seminars on Support practice, Divorce Practice, and the new Pennsylvania Custody Law, and for the 2012 Family Law in Northeastern Pennsylvania seminar. Also, for more than six years, I taught Business Law as an adjunct professor at East Stroudsburg University.

Not very aggressive.
I was looking for an aggressive lawyer after facing my ex at court since she had a very aggressive lawyer I wanted the same. He was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and has lots of experience but I feel as if the money is his top priority with the way he handled my case.
