 FAMILY LAW  in Monroe, Pike, Northampton, and Carbon Counties.

My primary areas of practice for the past nine years has been family law and criminal defense.  I have successfully tried custody and divorce cases before judges and divorce masters throughout the above counties.  I have won my clients primary custody, relocation and visitation, and even restored custody rights in custody matters. In divorce matters, I have successfully negotiated equitable distribution settlements and have won client's what they are rightfully entitled too.  A staple of my family law practice is the defense of protection from abuse cases which can have a detrimental effect on a defendant's life.

On the criminal side, I have successfully handled cases that have resulted in the dismissal or withdraw of charges that range from traffic citations through more serious crimes such as terroristic threats, simple assault and DUI.

I try to treat all my client's matters as if they were my own and I take all cases personal.  I take pride in my ability to maintain contact with clients and keep them aware of what is happening in their case.
