Unprofessional, unresponsive, not diligent, and on top of that rude. Cash closing took 2.5 months. Avoid.

I engaged Tim Fisher as an attorney in purchase of real estate (through Hyatt Legal Plan). The purchase agreement his office put together had mistakes (names misspelled, important contingency to the purchase not included, dates were wrong) which I spotted and corrected myself. I don’t think Tim Fish...er reviewed the contact or if he did I question his professionalism and due diligence. Tim Fisher and his office do not provide his email or direct number, so all communication had to go through the paralegals. The paralegal I dealt with (Amber) failed to deliver my messages/requests to Tim. When I realized that, I started documenting my communication in emails to multiple people in Mr Fisher’s office asking them to forward the email to mr Fisher. When I had a chance to speak to Tim Fisher (after three weeks of calling his office and leaving messages to call me back and emailing with the same requests), Tim sounded arrogant and rude, and what’s more important was not aware of the status of the case - what is outstanding on their part that prevented the timely closing, whether my deposit was received, when the closing statement will be put together. Mr Fisher missed the contactual closing and provided only one date and time for the postponed closing that did not fit other parties schedules. I had to speak/email to 4 different people from his office and settlement company (that is also part of his office) and raise a complain to Hyatt Legal Plan in order to have set an alternative date. Overall, I had an impression that my case was handled very unprofessionally. It took lots of emails and calls on my part trying to manage the case. Tim and his paralegals did not provide any updates on their own and did not address my questions (every question needed to go through multiple people and needed multiple follow ups). I would not recommend Tim Fisher and Amber services as I question their due diligence and professionalism.

A LAWYER FOR ALL SEASONS

We have used Tim Fisher on several issues mainly involving real estate but also a bankruptcy and the recovery of an escrow fund following on a sale. He is a busy guy but always found time to answer our questions and concerns. At the end of the day we were very satisfied with the outcome and the fact... that he and his staff remained confident of achieving the desired result.

Highly Recommend - To the point!

Tim Fisher has represented our personal interests and professional interests multiple times in the past 8 years. We have always received excellent advice and he is to the point. He has the ability to tell you what you need to know in a manner that is understandable and informative. Attorney Fisher... has handled our closings, title work and personal family matters for the last 8 years. His office has been responsive to each matter at hand and are easy to communicate with on the phone and e:mail. We highly recommend Attorney Fisher.

Fantastic, knowledgeable attorney

I hired Attorney Fisher to assist me with the closing on my new home. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and kept me informed through every step of the process. His staff was helpful and courteous. Attorney Fisher made a somewhat stressful event completely stress-free. I couldn't be more pleased with ...him as my attorney, and would recommend him to anyone.
