Got my son back

After 3 hearings with cys and public defenders, hired Matt and got my 5mth old out of foster care and with my family and me and my husband can see both our kids whenever basically.. on next court date in 3 mths Def going to fight to have the boys back with me and my husband but until then, Matt did... an amazing job. Best money we ever spent.

Saved my son’s life and my livelihood

Best Lawyer Ever! Represented me in 2 divorces and 2 custody battles. The most horrific time in my life and Attorney Matthew and his office saved my son’s life and mine. This lawyer claimed that we had a case. We lost. We were sued for even more when we tried to appeal and he changed his story. He also claimed to personally know the plaintiff's lawyer and said that it would not be an issue. Again, he lied.

did absolutely nothing for$5000.00

paid him and the first time in court for an arraignment he said take a plea and two years probation.that has been the same mantra for 15 months and threats of if I don't take the plea and are convicted will do two years in jail. I am awaiting trial for a charge of a false report and the Pennsylvani...a trooper is an absolute liar without one statement or any specifics about the false report . I am also under a gag order due to the false report alleging a statutory rape of a foster girl and subsequent abortions which I have no knowledge of any particulars or instances . I live in New York and only told the trooper what I know and never said the foster girl was raped by her foster father.There are no statements signed or any details.Mr. Galasso never explained anything and didn't return phone calls. When he finally did put in for an omnibus for dismissal he gave one day 's notice for a court appearance I was out of state and I don't reside in Pennsylvania Mr. Galasso then rescinded the dismissal and again told me to take a plea of a 3rd degree misdemeanor or Galasso also stated in the omnibus for dismissal statements that were totally unfactual but never consulted with me about the discrepancies that should have been included in the dismissal. The dismissal was rescinded and I was never cponsulted or told that the Judge ruled that I have the responsibility of the burden of proof. Mr. Galassso never explained or communicated this by letter or phone call.It has been a horrible experience , inexcusable and totally unethical.
