OUTCOME: Dismissed! Reduced to Misdemeanor!!

Client was charged with felony DUI 3rd in Virginia Beach as well as felony suspended operators license. I was able to convince the Court that it was not clear from the evidence that Mr. Client had ... an attorney for his prior 4 DUI's and therefore Virginia may not count those DUI's as priors. The Court agreed! Reduced to Misdemeanor DUI. I also convinced the Court that Mr. Client's DMV record does not support felony suspended operator's license... case dismissed!
