Fortunately, SSDIB is paid for insurance and not dependent on poverty. VA service connected is also not needs based, so these should not be effected.

Presuming you are on SSI, a welfare/needs-based program, once you married, your husband's income was deemed to you, and you were no longer "poor"...

Your inheritance does not effect your WC or SSD. However, you need to inquire your accountant about any tax implications.

An inheritance will not effect your SSD or WC.
My father worked for general motors for more than 20 years. He was 42 at the time of his death, my mother remarried.
