My client was accused of a felony that she was adamant she did not commit. The Commonwealth made numerous attempts to get my client to plead to a lesser charge. However, my client refused to agree to ... anything as she was innocent. We went to trial in Circuit Court and tried the case and made arguments. The Judge agreed with our theory of the case and held that the Commonwealth's evidence was insufficient to establish guilt beyond all reasonable doubt. Felony charge dismissed!
