This attorney splits his days so he works as a public defender mornings and private practice afternoons. I rated him as a poor public defender because he assumes all his clients are guilty and should take plea bargains. When a client insists for him to take the case to trial, he intimidates his clien...t by saying things like, "the jury will be back with a quilty verdict before they have their first cup of coffee and donut". He shows no preparation for trials i.e. he does not subpoena any witnesses, or go to court with any evidence on behalf of his client, then he puts all the blame on his client for not contacting him. He does as little as possible for his clients, conferencing with an inmate client only once in 90 days. His clients have no way of communicating with him, other than to wait until he finally shows up at the jail. Requests submitted to see their attorney are ignored.
