OUTCOME: This was accident case with issues and case was reduced to Reckless Driving which will not violate the client on his felony probation.

Had a client on felony probation who picked up a DUI-2nd. He was very concerned about getting the suspended time over his head on the felony charge if he was convicted of DWI-2nd.
