Client was injured when assaulted on the job. Mr. Reid tried the case to a plaintiff's verdict from a jury in the City of Richmond. The trial judge set aside the verdict and Mr. Reid appealed on be ... half of his client to the Supreme Court of Virginia. There, the Court reversed the trial judge and reinstated the verdict in favor of the plaintiff.
