OUTCOME: All fiduciary relations were successfully terminated and the bank closed its trust department.

Local community bank failed and its assets were taken over by another bank in by a prearranged sale by the federal government. Local bank had a trust department managing many trusts, estates and conse ... rvatorships. I represented the trust department to arrange by court orders and nonjudicial settlements to transfer approximately 50 accounts to new fiduciaries from the acquiring bank.
