Claimant had a back injury which was contested. 6 months later he had back surgery and dies 3 days later while he was still in the hospital of a heart attack.This was a difficult case because the injur ... ed worker was dead and I still had to prove how the accident occurred. Second, I had to prove that his death was related to his work accident. His wife testified and his doctor wrote a good medical causation report.
