Amanda Smith sought summary judgment for her violation of her constitutional rights by City of Virginia Beach Police Officer Officer Ray and defended against Motions for Summary Judgment from City of V ... irginia Beach Police Officers Ray and Keatley. The Court denied Amanda Smith's Motion for Summary judgment, granted Officer Keatley's Motion for Summary Judgment, and denied in part and granted in part Officer Ray's Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court allowed Amanda Smith's claims for violation of her constitutional rights through City of Virginia Beach Officer Ray's use of excessive force and common law assault and battery to go forward.
