Scott Vincent Bartkus

Attorney Bartkus is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, in addition to holding a Master’s in Business Administration from DeSales University and a Bachelors of Arts from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. 

He is admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as admitted to practice in front of the United States Tax Court in Washington, DC. 

Attorney Bartkus makes sure all clients of the firm are treated with the outmost professionalism and respect, along with being informed of the developments of their legal issues. He lectures frequently to audiences about tax issues, asset protection, and legal developments as they impact businesses in today’s economic environment.

The law firm of Bartkus and Associates was founded by managing partner, Scott V. Bartkus. The firm’s focus is on serving the legal needs of businesses and corporations along with individual and commercial tax defense issues. Prior to entering private practice, Attorney Bartkus worked with the world’s largest commercial money management firm, where he served as a vice president/director and had his name noted in the Wall Street Journal in 2007. 

His years of experience working with large corporations and federal government agencies allow him to give you the zealous representation you deserve. Outside of his law practice, Attorney Bartkus holds interest in several other businesses, which enables him to fully appreciate the challenges faced by today’s entrepreneur.
