Joseph C. Bernstein

Mr. Bernstein represented me in a matter involving a traffic citation that resulted in a total loss of my car. I was wrongly cited to be at fault, which was not true. Mr. Bernstein assisted me in how to respond to the written documentation required by the Magistrate Court before the court date. Wi...thout him for that consultation, my case might not have gone so well for me. Before the court hearing, he advised me how to respond to the magistrate judge. This was also very beneficial. His questioning of the other party to the case was the clincher. The judge found that I was not guilty of the charge. Mr. Bernstein was very personable and professional in my time of need. I trusted him judgement and no matter what the outcome would be, I did the right thing with him by my side.
