OUTCOME: The case was settled after a successful mediation efforts. Defendant was ordered to provide Plaintiff a payment of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) by a check made payable to “Confidential Plaintiff" and MLG.

Olive View, by and through its agents, managers, supervisors, managers, and employees, have discriminated against plaintiff in the terms, protection, opportunities, favors, benefits, conditions and ... privileges of employment on the basis of her race, national origin (Armenian) and disability. Plaintiff was then retaliated against by being involuntarily transferred when she complained about the continuing discrimination and harassment she was subjected to. Olive View's repeated harassment and discrimination have caused Plaintiff severe emotional distress, anxiety, and depression.

OUTCOME: The case was settled after successful mediation efforts. Defendant was ordered to provide Plaintiff a payment of eighty-seven thousand dollars and five-hundred ($87,500.00) by a check made payable to “Confidential Plaintiff" and MLG.

Klune Industries, Inc., by and through its agents, supervisors and managers, have wrongfully terminated and retaliated against the plaintiff when he refused to take part in a fraudulent undertaking in ... violation of federal whistle-blowing laws. Plaintiff was terminated from work, despite his good performance, without severance pay or any financial consideration unlike other dismissed employees who had been compensated before him. Because of his unexpected and unlawful termination, plaintiff suffered severe financial hardship, extreme physical and emotional distress, anxiety, humiliation and depression.

OUTCOME: The case was successfully negotiated for settlement. Defendant was asked to pay one of the plaintiffs with Twenty-seven thousand and seven hundred dollars ($27, 700.00) and the other received Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00).

Jacon Anderson, who was insured under State Farm Insurance Company, was held responsible for negligence that resulted in a rear-end collision and in the injuries and losses suffered by two Confidential ... Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs charged that they were traveling westward near the intersection of Devonshire Street and Wilbur Avenue when the incident happened. As they were slowing down to a red traffic light, another car, apparently driver by Anderson, and traveling in the same direction, failed to stop and rear-ended their vehicle with a strong impact. Plaintiffs (both driver and her passenger) complained of headache, neck and back pain and blurred vision. Further examination by doctors revealed that the victims suffered from whiplash and spine injuries.
