Just wanted to start off by saying thank you so much John. This was my second time using John, The first time I used John I got over the top service. The second case that I used John it was the exact same service as first time. He treated me like his own family/ friend. John was up front with me expl...aining how the entire process should go. I never once had to call him up and ask about my case he regularly called me with any new updates. Even if he didn't have any new updates he would call to check up to see how everything thing is going. Words do not explain his services. I would give John more then 5 stars if I could.
