Work paid for, but not done.

Hello, I first retained Richard W. Kolosky in October, 2010 to defend me in a legal case in Stroudsburg, PA There have been three phases of this case, and I have paid him three times for each part of the case. The last phase of the case began in October of 2011. At that time, I paid M...r. Kolosky an additional $1500. to have my record cleared, as I had done everything I was required to do by the Court to earn that right. Since October, 2011, I have made many, many calls to his office, only to be able to speak with his secretaries. And I have received many replies from Mr. Kolosky’s secretaries to the effect that Mr. Kolosky would be getting done the work I paid him to do. Mr, Kolosky allegedly has no email nor voicemail that I know of or have been able to discover. So the only way to contact him is by leaving messages with his secretaries. I've been told over and over again and over these many months since October, 2011 by Mr. Kolosky’s secretaries that the job was being attended to. As to my knowledge, the current and last phase of the job now only requires some paper work to be filled out and submitted to the necessary agencies. No court appearances are required at this time, nothing but a few papers to be signed and delivered, as I have been told would be done so many times by his secretaries. Yet the job remains undone, and with still many negative ramifications for me and my life’s goals. I did finally receive a voicemail from Mr. Kolosky in response to my numerous messages to him over the months. The message was received from Mr. Kolosky on Tuesday, 4/17/2012 at 2:47 PM ET. In that message he claimed that all of the work I paid him to do back in October, 2011 would finally be done in two days, by Thursday, April 19, 2012. I spoke with his secretary yet again on Thursday 4/26/2012, having given Mr. Kolosky yet one more week to get the job done that he promised he would do and was paid for back in October, 2011. The secretary insured me that I would I would be hearing from Mr. Kolosky the following day - Friday, 4/27/2012. But, once again, I did not hear from Mr. Kolosky yet again, and as it has been so since October, 2011. Mr. Kolosky has not done the work I paid him to do in October, 2011, and there is no way for me to be in contact with him directly. I can only contact him through messages left with his secretaries, messages that are never returned except for the one time mentioned above with a promise that was not kept. Nr. Kolosky seems unwilling or unable to do the work I paid him to do, and my record and plans I have for my life remain in the balance., with my record still yet to be expunged. Sincerely, Michael
