Thomas Lee Harper

I have spent my entire life and legal career standing up for others who need an advocate. In my seven years on active duty as an Army JAG attorney I was fortunate to get a wealth of experience few other attorneys have, including serving as a prosecutor, a defense attorney, and as a Special Victim Counsel, where I represented survivors of sexual abuse. I have been tested time and again, having tried numerous jury and bench trials, represented countless clients in high stakes cases, and even practiced law in a combat zone in Afghanistan. Although I have left active duty service, my passion for helping others hasn't gone away, and I now work to stand up for average Pennsylvanians.

Outside of my law practice, I'm a proud new dad--my wife and I welcomed our daughter, Evelynne Rose, in June 2018. We've just been trying to keep up with her ever since.
