I contacted township officials regarding body camera footage tied to a matter in which I was directly involved. The footage had already been shown to opposing legal counsel, but I was denied access before even filing a formal request. When I followed up professionally—citing Pennsylvania Act 22 and a...sking for the legal basis behind the denial—I received no statutory explanation. Instead of providing a path to resolution, Mr. Goudsouzian intervened and sent me a directive stating I could no longer contact the township or police department unless through a lawyer. His response did not cite law, offer policy guidance, or ensure transparency. It simply shut the door. This wasn’t legal counsel—it was obstruction framed as formality. My interactions with him reflected not a defense of due process, but an effort to suppress questions and reinforce one-sided access to evidence. Every exchange was documented and has been submitted to appropriate legal oversight bodies for review.
