Best. Outcome. Ever

I'm 40 years old, have 2 sons - a nice house, work from home, coach baseball ... live an average, middle-class American everyday life ... and it was almost all ended - due to a traffic stop via a license-plate read. And I was actually GUILTY of said charge. I was driving under suspension, DUI relat...ed. However, there were multiple mitigating circumstances ... I hadn't been in a stick of trouble in 18 years, was the stop valid, why was the license suspended ... I could go on and on about the case, I won't. What I will elaborate on is the fact that Mr. Paul Aaroe is not in it for the 'paycheck'. He's not going to simply take your retainer fee / attorney compensation, do the paperwork and get you a basic 'plea'. Paul Aaroe is an attorney that will get to know his client, your case / personality, etc. and will steadfastly stay on top of your case per getting the best resolution .. and this is with 100% truth-be-told - as I’m sitting in my living writing this, if not for attorney Aaroe, I'd be in NCP's finest]. So, my story: we had our trial at the district court in March 2017, I was facing a 2 year county stint for driving under suspension DUI related 3rd offense, albeit, the first 2 were from 2001, and the 3rd was from a chemical refusal [in 2014]. I was then pulled over in October 2017 from a license-check plate read. Paul suggested I plea out to a driving under suspended DUI related 1st offense, instead of 2 years, I'd only face 90 days ... UGH 90 days, and attorney Aaroe could have ended it right there, and I'd have been dismayed, but 90 days is obviously better than 2 years ... BUT, it didn't end there ... he said we'd appeal ... March 2018 - appeal number 1 in June, nothing resolved, continued {Paul could have simply said, listen, Don, you went from 2 years to 90 days work release, be grateful ... he didn't, he stuck by me and was confident he'd get a much better resolution] ... another continuance in July, which the Judge vehemently said "no more continuances" ... again, Paul could have easily pled this out to a 90 day work release ... he didn't - he worked and worked to get the case on the DA's radar ... and then, he called me ... "Don", he says, "are you having a good day" [in a most disparaging of tones - as he knew he had GREAT news, but just wanted to make me think about it ] ... TRUE STORY ... and I said, well, not sure Mr. Aaroe I'll be having a really shi#@y day, or a most wonderful day since you're calling me regarding the DA's decision ... $200 fine, no loss of license, end of story ... Paul could have easily had me plea to a 90 day work release and sent me up s@#%t's creek months ago [and that's WAY BETTER an outcome than 2 years in County prison], instead, he diligently fought to get my case / our facts - disposition, etc. on the District Attorney's radar [Paul will at the very least get your plea heard … and in my case, he was extremely diligent and very successful] in laying out the facts, going to bat for his client / my case, and now I can continue raising my sons, coaching their baseball / football teams, doing homework, getting them ready for school in the morning, etc. AND, moreover, I didn't even lose my Driver's License [1501a ... anyone reading this will probably know what that is, if you don't it'll be your best friend]. If you're in a jam, and a lot of us are, there's no better an attorney that will fight for you tooth and nail for the best possible resolution for your case than Paul Aaroe. I'm now out of the system, and will NEVER get back in there. Thanks to Attorney-At-Law Mr. Paul Aaroe. Forever thanks for not settling, but sticking by me, and getting the best resolution for me and my family. Sincerely ... DF

A man who will fight for you

The bottom line is that getting caught drinking and driving, and in my case twice, puts you in a situation that harms your record, your finances, and your family. The laws in regards to DUI cases are very clear and the penalties are absolute, specifically in PA. I was facing going into a program to d...o 30 days in jail in leu of 90 days as per the law (ASP). I never in a million years thought I would be facing any type of jail time in my life, as I believed I lived honorably. The realization the drinking and driving is a crime hit me hard. I decided to hire Paul Aaroe, and he laid out everything from the first meeting. He was direct, professional and reasonably priced compared to other attorneys. I decided to focus on treatment options to ensure after this case was over, it would never happen again. Paul made sure that I benefitted from all the laws offered to make the results as minimum as possible. He told me that he would fight for me and he did exactly that. I didn't have to do jail time at all, nor enter into the ASP program which was my biggest concern. I was able to keep my license with no suspension time. My fines were minimal and all the other supporting charges were dropped. I was charged with the highest BAC as a second offender, settled for lowest BAC, with an ungraded misdemeanor instead of a misdemeanor 1. All of this, because of Paul Aaroe. He looked at every avenue to fight my case, and as a result, I can move on with my life without too much damage from me drinking and driving. Not everyone's case is the same and not all results will be. In my case, I was blessed with an attorney who kept his word to fight for me. Now I can move on, honorably.

Paul Aaroe is the best!!!!

Paul Aaroe handled two DUI caes I had within a month of each other!. I was so pleased with the outcome of my case. He really worked magic for me! Paul is hard to get a hold of at times, but I GUARANTEE, even though you may not always be anle to speak with him, he IS working on your case without you e...ben being aware of it. Not only did he surprise me in court with a 33 day jail sentence for TWO offenses, but he also had my fines lowered from $10,000 to $4,000. This also came as a surprise. I had no idea he was working on this without me knowing it! Ive had other DUI offenses over yen years ago, and no attorney even came close to his professionalism, understanding, and true fesire to help and honestly get the best putcome he can for you! I eould reccommend him to ANYONE in a heartbeat!! Call Paul and let your mind be put at ease knowing you have the BEST dui attorney on your side and everything will turn out the best it possibly can! Thank you Paul for giving me this last chance to be sober and live an honorable life!!!❤

Thank you so much Paul

Paul is an excellent attorney and great person as well. He truly cares about his client. I hired Paul to handle a case for me that was very involved with both new criminal charges as well as a probation violation. Paul worked with me and came to a fair agreement in regards to the fee to handle both s...ides of the case. Paul's knowledge of the law and extensive experience gained excellent results for me. He gave me his expert opinion on the best possible way to tackle the case while still respecting my wishes on how I would like to attack it. Paul was able to get my criminal charges dropped down to the bare minimum and also was able to avoid me getting any additional penalties added on for the probation violation. Paul has always been very easy to reach and speak with, unlike a lot of other attorneys, and was always very quick to respond to me on any questions I had, even when they may have been trivial. He addressed all my concerns on a personal and legal level. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done and I cannot tell you how pleased I am that I hired him. Anyone out there that needs legal help should definitely contact Paul first, I assure you that you will not be disappointed. I have been through my fair share of legal issues and hiring Paul was the best decision I have made. Thank you so much for all your help and your genuine care for your clients. Keep up the great work Paul
