OUTCOME: Not Guilty

Client was stopped for not having his headlights on at night. Admitted to coming from a bar and having been drinking. Client did the field sobriety test, told the police officer that he should not have ... been driving, and blew into a Portable Breath Test device which resulted in a .146 blood alcohol concentration. Case was tried to a jury. Verdict: NOT GUILTY
