Petitioner sought a divorce of their disabled spouse and tried to force the spouse to agree to a less than equitable settlement. Petitioner attempted to hide assets and withheld community property to e ... xert control over the spouse and limit their ability to seek legal assistance. Through our efforts we successfully uncovered an undisclosed business and froze all investment accounts and property transactions. Limits were set on the liquid assets and our investigation forced the replenishment of all improperly used community property.
