About Joseph
Biography
Joseph A. Bubba is one of the Firm’s founding members. He served as Managing Shareholder and Co-Managing Shareholder for a number of years. He serves on the Firm’s Executive Committee and is Chair of the Healthcare Group. Mr. Bubba has an extensive corporate and business practice focused on significant land transactions, mergers & acquisitions and shareholder succession and disputes. In his healthcare practice, he represents hospitals, medical staffs, ambulatory surgical centers and other healthcare clients in both corporate and real estate matters. Mr. Bubba is a commercial/healthcare arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA). He is a frequent speaker for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and other organizations.
Mr. Bubba is a cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (J.D., 1981) and also holds a B.S. from Villanova University (1978). He has received Martindale Hubbell Lawyers’ “AV® Preeminent™” rating. He has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and has been recognized as a Top Rated Lawyer in Land Use and Zoning and Healthcare by American Lawyer Media.
