My client, the Father, wanted primary custody because he was concerned that his ex-wife had become addicted to pain medicine. She was making poor parenting choices. This case was brought within ... a year of the original order and was a hard fought case. We were able to show that his daughter was in danger with mom and she should be with dad. His daughter is now in the best place for her, in a loving home with her dad and stepmom.
