Biography
I have been engaged in the general practice of law since 1978, with significant emphasis in the following areas: Residential and Commercial Real Estate; Real Estate Title Insurance; Commercial Law and Litigation; Uniform Commercial Code; Government and Municipal Law; Zoning, Planning and Land Use and Litigation; Civil Litigation; Civil Rights.
My 30 years of experience in Goverment and Municipal Law has included my appointment as Solicitor for Glendon Borough and the Glendon Borough Planning Commission since 2011 in charge of all their legal affairs, and Solicitor for the Township of Bethlehem and the Bethlehem Township Planning Commission from 1990-2009.
My hobbies include rock climbing, hiking, and camping.

Tom has always been available to talk about an issue and is prompt to return calls. He is thorough, points out issues that need clarification, completes work in a very timely manner and is a truly nice person. He has handled multiple real estate transactions and a will preparation for me.
