OUTCOME:

A young driver was speeding and t boned our clients as they came through the intersection. Our client was in critical condition and his wife was tragically killed. The police did not search the v ... ehicle but it was at the impound. I visited the impound to inspect both vehicles. I found drugs in the defendant's vehicle which was corroborated by a toxicology report. The presence of drugs in the defendant's car will drastically increase the value of our client's case.
